Representative John Petersburg, Vice Chair of the Transportation Policy and Finance Committee, began the thirtieth meeting at 1:19 PM on March 16, 2016 in the Basement of the State Office Building. A quorum was not present.

Representative Hornstein moved to approve the minutes of March 14, 2016. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Gordon Hoff, Executive Director of the Minnesota Business Aviation Association read testimony from Tracie Walter, of Bemidji Aviation, about the aviation industry.
Vice Chair Petersburg assumed the gavel at 1:38 PM.
Cassandra Isackson, Director of MnDOT Office of Aeronautics, presented a MnDOT overview/status update on the Aviation Tax Report.
Representative Kelly assumed the gavel at 2:02 AM.
HF3014 (Fabian) Autocycle regulations established.
Representative Kelly moved HF3014 be re-referred to the committee on Public Safety and Crime Prevention Policy and Finance.
Representative Kelly moved the H3014A1 amendment. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

J R Burke, Polaris Industries, testified on HF3014.
Representative Kelly renewed his motion that HF3014, as amended, be re-referred to the committee on Public Safety and Crime Prevention Policy and Finance. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF459 (Kelly) Port development assistance program funding provided, bonds issued, and money appropriated.
Representative Kelly moved HF459 be re-referred to the committee on Capital Investment.
