Representative Tim Kelly, Chair of the Transportation Policy and Finance Committee, called the eleventh meeting to order at 12:47 p.m. on Wednesday, February 18, 2015 in the Basement Hearing Room of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Chair Kelly called the meeting to order at 12:47 p.m. A quorum was present.
Representative Nash moved to approve the minutes of February 16, 2015. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
HF516 (Lueck): Motor vehicle tire sale estimated revenue allocated to the highway user tax distribution fund.
Chair Kelly moved to recommend HF516 be re-referred to the Committee on Taxes.
Representative Lueck testified on HF516.
Anne Finn, Assistant Intergovernmental Relations Director for the League of Minnesota Cities, testified on HF516.
Chair Kelly renewed his motion to recommend HF516 be re-referred to the Committee on Taxes. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
HF324 (Erhardt): Motor vehicle registration tax amended.
Representative Erhardt moved to recommend HF324 be re-referred to the Committee on Taxes.

Chair Kelly moved to recommend HF441 be re-referred to the Committee on Taxes.
Representative Swedinski testified on HF441.
