MINUTES
Representative Paul Anderson, Chair of the Agriculture Policy Committee, called the meeting of the Agriculture Policy Committee to order at 10:15 AM on March 15th, 2017, in Room 5 of the State Office Building.

Representative Kunesh-Podein moved that the minutes dated March 9, 2017 be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
HF0208 (Hertaus) Commercial and industrial operations on agricultural preserves provisions modified and early termination of an agricultural preserve provided.
Representative Bennett moved that HF208 be re-referred to the committee on Property Tax and Local Government Finance Division.

Representative Mahoney renewed his motion that HF2049 as amended be re-referred to the committee on Agriculture Finance. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF1120 (Swedzinski) Shrimp production incentive program established, and money appropriated.
Representative Poston moved that HF1120 be re-referred to the committee on Agriculture Finance
Representative Poston moved to adopt the HF1120A1 amendment.
