Representative Tim Miller, called the meeting of the Agriculture Policy Committee to order at 10:16 AM on March 20th, 2018, in Room 5 of the State Office Building.

Representative Miller called the meeting to order at 10:16 a.m.
HF3523 (Anderson, P.) Minimum biodiesel content level for diesel fuel allowed to be modified during certain times of year
Chair Anderson moved that HF3523 be re-referred to the committee on Commerce and Regulatory Reform.
Chair Anderson moved the H3523A1 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Chair Anderson moved that HF3121 be re-referred to the committee on Commerce and Regulatory Reform.
Chair Anderson moved the H3121A1 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
