MINUTES

Representative Paul Anderson, Chair of the Agriculture Policy Committee, called the meeting of the Agriculture Policy Committee to order at 4:00 PM on May 19th, 2018, in Room 5 of the State Office Building.

Representative Munson moved that the minutes of April 12, 2018 be approved. THE MOTION PREVIALED.

Representative Lueck moved that the minutes of May 3rd, 2018 be approved. THE MOTION PREVIALED.

Discussion on consideration of action to delay adoption of the Minnesota Department of Agriculture's proposed Groundwater Protection Rule pursuant to Minnesota Statute section 14.126.
