MINUTES
Representative Urdahl, Chair of the Capital Investment Committee, started the meeting at
3:04 PM on March 29, 2017, in the Room 200 of the State Office Building. A quorum was present.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Bennett moved the minutes from March 8, 2017 be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
HF269 (Scott) Closed landfill cleanup funding provided, bonds issues, and money appropriated.

Representative Urdahl laid over HF269 for possible inclusion in an omnibus bill.
HF423 (Theis) Hearing-impaired and hard-of-hearing accommodations required in capital improvement projects.
Representative Urdahl moved that in line 1.3 of HF423, “hearing impaired,” be replaced by “hard of hearing.” THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
