MINUTES
Representative Peggy Scott, Chair of the Civil Law and Data Practices Policy Committee, called the meeting to order at 8:17 AM, on January 5, 2017, in the Basement Hearing Room of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Chair Scott called the meeting to order at 8:17 AM. A quorum was present.
Chair Scott requested members of the Civil Law and Data Practices and House staff assigned to the committee to introduce themselves.
Chair Scott went through an overview of the Civil Law and Data Practices rules and procedures.
Mary Mullen and Nathan Hopkins of House Research gave an overview of Civil Law and Data Practices Policy jurisdiction.
Stacie Christensen of The Department of Administration gave presentation on The Information Policy Analysis Division.
Department of Public Safety Commissioner, Mona Dohman, Deputy Commissioner, Sandra O’Hern, and Driver and Vehicle Services Director, Dawn Olson gave a presentation of the Ignition Interlock Real Time Reporting Rule.
