Representative Peggy Scott, Chair of the Civil Law and Data Practices Policy Committee, called the meeting to order at 8:15 AM, on January 24th, 2017, in Hearing Room Ten of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Chair Scott called the Meeting to order at 8:15 AM. A quorum was present.
Representative Lucero moved to approve the minutes of January 5th, 2017 and January 12th, 2017. THE MINUTES WERE APPROVED.
HF322 (Zerwas) Governmental units allowed to sue to recover costs related to unlawful assemblies and public nuisances.
Representative Scott moved that HF322 be referred to Committee on Public Safety and Security Policy Finance Committee.
