Representative Dennis Smith, Vice-Chair of the Civil Law and Data Practices Policy Committee, called the meeting to order at 8:17 AM, on February 16th, 2017, in the Basement Hearing Room of the State Office Building. A quorum was present.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Vogel moved to approve the minutes of February 14th, 2017. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
HF179 (Scott) Ignition interlock performance standards amended, and use of devices with location tracking capabilities prohibited.
Representative Scott moved that HF179 be referred to the Committee on Public Safety and Security Policy and Finance.
Representative Scott moved the HF179A1 Amendment. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
