MINUTES

Representative Greg Davids called the Commerce and Regulatory Reform Committee to order at 3:02 p.m. on January 10th, 2017 in the Basement Hearing Room of the State Office Building. A quorum was present.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Health insurance premium temporary payment program provided, health maintenance organization requirements modified, health insurance provisions modified, reports required, and money appropriated.

Chair Hoppe moved that HF1 be re-referred to the Ways and Means Committee.

Chair Hoppe moved the H0001A4 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Chair Hoppe renewed the motion that HF1, as amended, be re-referred to the Ways and Means Committee. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

The meeting was adjourned at 4:46 p.m.
