MINUTES

Representative Joe Hoppe, Chair of the Commerce and Regulatory Reform Committee began the meeting at 3:01 PM on March 1st, 2017, in the Basement Hearing Room of the State Office Building. A quorum was not present.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Chair Hoppe officially called the meeting to order at 3:03 PM. A quorum was present.

Water conditioning installation requirements modified.

Chair Hoppe moved that HF805 be re-referred to the Job Growth and Energy Affordability Committee.

Chair Hoppe moved the H0805DE1 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Representative Anderson moved that HF 1764 be re-referred to the General Register.

Chair Hoppe moved that HF10 be re-referred to the Government Operations Committee.

Chair Hopped moved the H0010A1 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Representative Loonan moved the H1443A2 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
