Representative Joe Hoppe, Chair of the Commerce and Regulatory Reform Committee, began the meeting at 3:00 PM on February 28, 2018, in the Basement Hearing Room of the State Office Building. A quorum was not present.

Representative Smith moved that HF2764 be re-referred to the General Register.

Representative Franson moved that HF2391 be re-referred to the Civil Law and Data Practices Policy Committee.
Representative Franson moved the H2391DE1 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
