MINUTES

Representative Joe Hoppe, Chair of the Commerce and Regulatory Reform Committee, began the meeting at 3:00 PM on March 27, 2018, in the Basement Hearing Room of the State Office Building. A quorum was not present.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Chair Hoppe officially called the meeting to order at 3:18 PM. A quorum was present.

Chair Hoppe moved that HF3833 be re-referred to the Civil Law and Data Practices Policy Committee.

Chair Hoppe moved the H3833DE2 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Chair Hoppe renewed the motion that HF3833, as amended, be re-referred to the Civil Law and Data Practices Policy Committee. THE MOTION PREVAILED.




HF2013 (Hamilton) Public Building accessibility requirements modified.

Chair Hoppe moved that HF2013 be re-referred to the Job Growth and Energy Affordability Policy and Finance Committee.

Chair Hoppe moved the H2013A1 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
