Representative Loon, Chair of the Education Finance Committee, called the meeting to order at 1:04 P.M. on February 22, 2017, in Room Five of the State Office Building.

Representative Erickson moved that the minutes of February 21st, 2017 be adopted. THE MO-TION PREVAILED.
HF946 Loon, Operating capital levy clarified.
Representative Loon moved that that HF946 be re-referred to the Committee on Ways and Means.
