MINUTES
Representative Loon, Chair of the Education Finance Committee, called the meeting to order at 1:03 P.M. on March 9th, 2017, in Room Five of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Anselmo moved that the minutes of March 8th, 2017 be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
HF140, Third Engrossment, Erickson, Teacher licensing system restructured, Professional Educa-tor Licensing and Standards Board established, all teacher licensing and support personnel licensing and credentialing authority transferred to the Professional Educator Licensing and Standards Board, rulemaking provided, report required, and money appropriated.
Representative Erickson moved that that HF140, Third Engrossment, be re-referred to the Commit-tee on Ways and Means.
Representative Erickson moved the H0140A24 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
Representative Loon moved to reconsider the H0140A24 amendment. THE MOTION PRE-VAILED AND THE AMENDMENT WAS RECONSIDERED.
Representative Erickson moved the H0140A24 amendment, incorporating an oral amendment to strike lines 3.13 to 3.16. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE AMENDMENT, AS AMENDED, WAS ADOPTED.
