MINUTES
Representative Loon, Chair of the Education Finance Committee, called the meeting to order at 1:04 P.M. on March 7th, 2018 in Room 5 of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

A quorum was present.
Representative Poston moved that the minutes of March 6th, 2017 be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
HF625 Youakim, Community education revenue program funding increased, and minimum popu-lation guarantee increased.
Representative Loon moved HF625 be re-referred to the Committee on Ways and Means.
Representative Loon moved to adopt the following oral amendment:
Line 1.9 change the year from 2019 to 2020
Line 1.11 change the year from 2019 to 2020
THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
Representative Youakim testified on HF625, as amended.
Lisa Greene, St Louis Park Community Education, also testified on HF625, as amended.
Representative Loon laid over HF625, as amended, for possible inclusion in an omnibus bill or for further consideration at a later date.
