Representative Fabian, Chair of the Environment and Natural Resources Policy and Finance Committee, called the meeting to order at 8:28 AM on March 16th, 2017, in Hearing Room 5 of the State Office Building. A quorum was present.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Fabian called the meeting to order at 8:28 AM. A quorum was present.
Representative Heintzeman moved to adopt the minutes of March 15th, 2017. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Representative Fabian recessed the meeting at 8:28AM.
Representative Fabian resumed the meeting at 8:39AM.
HF 1265 (Heintzeman) Environment and natural resources trust fund money appropriated, and requirements for receipt of fund money modified.
Representative Heintzeman moved HF 1265 to be re-referred to the Committee on Ways and Means.
Representative Heintzeman moved the H1265DE1 amendment.
Representative Hansen requested a roll call vote on the H1265DE1 amendment. The results were as follows:
