Representative Fabian, Chair of the Environment and Natural Resources Policy and Finance Committee, started the meeting at 8:17 A.M. on March 6, 2018, in Hearing Room 5 of the State Office Building. A quorum was present.

Representative Fabian moved the following oral amendment to HF3227: On P. 1, L.1.20 delete the number “11” and insert the number “10’. THE ORAL AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
