Representative Fabian, Chair of the Environment and Natural Resources Policy and Finance Committee, called the meeting to order at 8:20 A.M. on March 8, 2018, in Hearing Room 5 of the State Office Building. A quorum was present.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Sundin moved the approval of the March 6, 2018 minutes. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
HF3280 (Lueck) Wild rice water findings established and listing authorized, and application of water quality standards nullified and restricted.
Representative Fabian moved that HF3280 be re-referred to the Government Operations and Election Policy Committee.
Representative Metsa moved the H3280A5 amendment. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
