Representative Fabian, Chair of the Environment and Natural Resources Policy and Finance Committee, called the meeting to order at 8:19 AM on April 19, 2018, in Hearing Room 5 of the State Office Building. A quorum was present.

Representative Fabian moved to incorporate the following oral amendment to the H3502A-10 amendment: On P. 1, L.1.3 delete “Page 66, delete section 80 and insert” and insert “Page 67, delete subdivision 3” as well as delete P.1, L.1.4 through 1.24 and delete P. 2, L.2.23 and 2.24.

Representative Fabian renewed his motion that HF3502, as amended, be re-referred to the Ways and Means Committee, with authorization to the Revisor and non-partisan House Research and
Fiscal to make any technical corrections that are necessary to the bill before it is engrossed for the Ways and Means Committee. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
