MINUTES
Representative O’Driscoll, Chair of the Government Operations and Elections Policy, began the meeting at 10:15AM on January 26th, 2017, in the Basement Hearing Room of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Chair O’Driscoll began the meeting to at 10:15AM. A quorum was not present.
HF296 (Urdahl) All governors' portraits required to be displayed in the State Capitol at all times.

Representative Halverson moved to approve the minutes of January 19th, 2017. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Chair O’Driscoll moved HF296 come before the committee.

Representative Fenton moved HF463 come before the committee.
Chair O’Driscoll moved the HF463A1 amendment. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
