MINUTES
Representative Schomacker, Chair of the Health and Human Services Reform Committee, called the meeting to order at 8:15 a.m. on Tuesday, January 10, 2017, in Room 200 of the State Office Building. A quorum was not present.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

A quorum was present at 8:22 a.m.
HF99 (Schomacker) Health maintenance organization requirements modified, health insurance provisions modified, and money appropriated.
Representative Schomacker moved HF99 be recommended to be re-referred to the Committee on Ways and Means.
Elisabeth Klarqvist, Legislative Analyst, House Research explained the bill.
Minnesota Management and Budget Commissioner Myron Frans and Minnesota Department of Commerce Commissioner Mike Rothman testified on the bill.
Representative Liebling moved the H0099DE1 amendment.
Representative Liebling requested a roll call vote on the H0099DE1 amendment. The results are as follows:

Representative Murphy, E. withdrew the H0099DE2 amendment.
Representative Liebling requested a roll call vote on HF99.
Public testimony was taken on HF99.

Representative Schomacker renewed his motion that HF99 be recommended to be re-referred to the Committee on Ways and Means.
