Representative Schomacker, Chair of the Health and Human Services Reform Committee, called the meeting to order at 8:25 a.m. on Tuesday, March 14, 2017, in Room 200 of the State Office Building. A quorum was not present.

Representative Franson moved the oral amendment to the DE1-1 amendment: “Page 2, line 15, delete everything after “4.” and insert “Compliance with rules. A registrant using handheld dental x-ray equipment shall otherwise comply with Minnesota Rules, chapter 4732.” THE ORAL AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
