Representative Schomacker, Chair of the Health and Human Services Reform Committee, called the meeting to order at 8:17 a.m. on Thursday, March 29, 2018, in Room 200 of the State Office Building. A quorum was present.

HF 3284 - (West): Modular home requirements clarified.
Representative Schomacker moved that HF 3284 be recommended to be referred to the Committee on Job Growth and Energy Affordability Policy and Finance.

Representative Gruenhagen moved the A1 amendment.
Representative Wills testified regarding the A1 amendment.
Representative Gruenhagen moved the oral amendment, “Page 1 between lines 1.21 and 1.22 insert Page 2, Line 3 delete must and insert may, renumber the lines accordingly” to the A1 amendment.
Representative Gruenhagen withdrew the oral amendment. THE A1 AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
Representative Wills testified regarding HF 3627, as amended.
Nicole Mills, Oasis for Youth Executive Director, testified regarding HF 3627, as amended.
Representative Gruenhagen renewed their motion that HF 3627, as amended, be recommended to be referred to the Committee on Health and Human Services Finance. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
