Representative Deb Kiel, Chair of the Subcommittee on Aging and Long-Term Care, started the meeting at 8:21 AM on February 22, 2017, in the Basement Hearing Room of the State Office Building. A quorum was not present.

Representative Lohmer moved the meeting minutes from February 15, 2017, be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
HF1341 (Knoblach) Nursing facility rate adjustment effective dates consolidated to coincide with the annual operating payment rate adjustment on January 1 and one mid-year adjustment on July 1, and notice requirements modified
