Representative Nornes, Chair of the Higher Education and Career Readiness Policy and Finance Committee, called the meeting to order at 3:03 PM on February 1, 2017, in Hearing Room 5 of the State Office Building. A quorum was present.

Chair Nornes moved that HF8 be re-referred to the Committee on Taxes.
Chair Nornes moved to adopt the H0008A1 amendment. THE MOVTION PREVAILED.
Chair Nornes renewed his motion that HF8, as amended, be re-referred to the Committee on Taxes. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
