Representative Nornes, Chair of the Higher Education and Career Readiness Policy and Finance Committee, called the meeting to order at 3:06 PM on March 27, 2018 in Hearing Room 5 of the State Office Building.

Representative Albright moved the minutes of March 21, 2018 be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
HF3985 (Daniels) Minnesota State Colleges and Universities required to provide affordable textbooks for a percentage of courses, and report required.
Representative Nornes moved HF3985 be laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill, or further consideration at a later time.
Representative Daniels moved A18-0702 amendment. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
