MINUTES

Representative Gunther, Chair of the Legacy Funding Finance Committee, called the meeting to order at 1:03 p.m. on January 9, 2017, in Room 10 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

A quorum was present.

Testifying before committee on behalf of the Office of the Legislative Auditor, non-partisan staff for an overview of the Legacy Amendment was Jim Nobles, Judy Randall, and Cecil Furkel.
Testifying before committee on behalf of Minnesota Management & Budget (MMB) was Ashley Reisenauer, Executive Budget Officer, and Alisha Cowell, Executive Budget Coordinator.

The meeting was adjourned at 2:08 p.m.
