MINUTES
Representative Gunther, Chair of the Legacy Funding Finance Committee, called the meeting to order at 1:02 p.m. on March 13, 2017, in Room 10 of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Lillie moved that the minutes of March 6, 2017 be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
HF1662 (Wills) (Minnesota Zoological Gardens funding provided, and money appropriated). Representative Wills moved that HF1662 be laid over for possible inclusion into the Legacy Funding Finance omnibus bill.

Representative Torkelson moved to adopt the H1731A5 amendment (Torkelson).
Representative Torkelson renewed his motion to adopt the H1731A5 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Representative Pugh moved to amend HF2232 as follows:
Page 1, Line 6 – delete “$90,000” and insert “$97,410”
