LEGACY FUNDING FINANCE
MINUTES
Representative Gunther, Chair of the Legacy Funding Finance Committee, called the meeting to order at 1:03 p.m. on March 26, 2018, in Room 10 of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.
Members Present:

A quorum was present.
Members excused: ANSELMO, Dario.
Representative FREIBERG moved that the minutes of March 19, 2018 be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
HF4048 (Mahoney) (St. Paul; Phalen Park Chinese garden funding provided, and money appropriated.) Chair Gunther moved that HF4048 be laid over for possible inclusion into the Legacy Funding Finance omnibus bill.
Representative Mahoney discussed HF4048.
Testifying on HF4048 was the following:

Chair Gunther renewed his motion that HF4048 be laid over for possible inclusion into the Legacy Funding omnibus bill.
HF3489 (Hausman) (Bell Museum of Natural History funding provided, and money appropriated) Chair Gunther moved that HF3489 be laid over for possible inclusion into the Legacy Funding Finance omnibus bill.
Representative Hausman discussed HF3489.
Testifying on HF3489 were the following:

Chair Gunther renewed his motion that HF3489 be laid over for possible inclusion into the Legacy Funding Finance omnibus bill.
HF2415 (Bliss) (Veterans' Voices radio programing funding provided, and money appropriated) Chair Gunther moved that HF2415 be laid over for possible inclusion into the Legacy Funding Finance omnibus bill.
Representative Bliss discussed HF2415.
Chair Gunther moved the H2415A1 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Chair Gunther renewed his motion that HF2415, as amended, be laid over for possible inclusion into the Legacy Funding Finance omnibus bill.
HF4168 (Gunther) (Parks and trails fund restoration evaluation requirements modified.) Chair Gunther moved that HF4168 be re-referred to the General Register.
Chair Gunther discussed HF4168.

Chair Gunther renewed his motion that HF4168 be re-referred to the general register. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
HF4167 (Gunther) (Land acquisition with money from the outdoor heritage fund requirements modified) Chair Gunther moved that HF4167 be laid over for possible inclusion into the Legacy Funding Finance omnibus bill.
Chair Gunther discussed HF4167.
