Representative Cornish, Chair of the Public Safety and Security Policy and Finance Committee, called the meeting to order at 10:16 AM on February 28, 2017 in Room 10 of the State Office Building. A quorum was present.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative O’Neill moved the minutes of the February 23, 2017 meeting be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF184 (Cornish) Predatory offense penalties increased, and predatory offender registration required.

Representative Cornish moved to lay over HF184 for possible inclusion in the Public Safety and Security Policy and Finance Omnibus bill.
