Representative Cornish, Chair of the Public Safety and Security Policy and Finance Committee, called the meeting to order at 10:35 AM on March 9, 2017 in Room 10 of the State Office Building. A quorum was present.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Pinto moved the minutes of the March 8, 2017 meeting be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF1415 (Albright) Fantasy sports authorized and regulated, and money appropriated.

Representative Cornish moved to re-refer HF1415 to the General Register.

Representative Cornish moved the 1415A2 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Representative Cornish moved the 1415A3 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Representative Cornish moved to lay over HF1429 for possible inclusion in the Public Safety and Security Policy and Finance Omnibus bill.

Representative Cornish moved the 1429DE1 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
