MINUTES


Representative Johnson, Chair of the Public Safety and Security Policy and Finance Committee, called the meeting to order at 10:19 AM on March 7, 2018 in Room 10 of the State Office Building. A quorum was present.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative O’Neill moved the minutes of the March 6, 2018, meeting be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

An informational hearing was held on HF1139.

Representative O’Neill moved HF3017 be re-refered to the Committee on Civil Law and Data Practices Policy.

Representative O’Neill renewed the motion that HF3017 be re-refered to the Committee on Civil Law and Data Practices Policy. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
