Representative Lohmer, Vice Chair of the Public Safety and Security Policy and Finance Committee, called the meeting to order at 10:18 AM on March 14, 2018 in Room 10 of the State Office Building. A quorum was present.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Grossell moved the minutes of the March 13, 2018, meeting be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Vice Chair Lohmer moved HF2800 be re-referred to the General Register.

Chair Johnson assumed the Gavel at 10:22 AM.

Chair Johnson renewed the motion that HF2800 be re-referred to the General Register. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Chair Johnson moved HF3371 be re-referred to the General Register.

Representative Becker-Finn moved the HF3371A1 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Representative Grossell moved HF2934 be re-referred to the Committee on Civil Law and Data Practices Policy.
