MINUTES

Representative Anderson, Chair of the State Government Finance Committee, called the meeting to order at 1:01 PM, February 21, 2017 in Room 10 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Dettmer moved that the minutes from the committee meeting on February 16, 2017 be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Representative Anderson moved that HF 399 come before the committee and be re-referred to the General Register.

HF 399 (Anderson) - Severance pay limits for highly compensated public employees clarified.

Representative Anderson moved the HO399A2 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
