MINUTES

Representative Anderson, Chair of the State Government Finance Committee, called the meeting to order at 1:04 PM, February 28, 2017 in Room 10 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

A quorum was present.

Representative Anderson moved that HF 918 come before the committee and be re-referred to the committee on Government Operations and Elections Policy.

HF 918 (Rosenthal) - Revenue commissioner assessment authority limited, private letter ruling program established, and money appropriated.

Representative Anderson renewed her motion for HF 918 to be re-referred to the committee on Government Operations and Elections Policy. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Representative Lillie moved that the minutes from the committee meeting on February 23, 2017 be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF1773 (Anderson, S.) - Tax Court appeal notice date clarified, alternative proof of timely mailing allowed, and small claims jurisdiction increased.





The bill was heard on an informational basis. Representative Anderson introduced her bill.
