Representative Anderson, Chair of the State Government Finance Committee, began the meeting at 1:01 PM, March 7, 2017 in Room 10 of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

HF 1234 (Davids) - First-time home buyer savings account program established, establishment of accounts authorized, income tax subtractions for contributions and earnings on the account allowed, and money appropriated.
Representative Anderson officially called the meeting to order at 1:03 PM. A quorum was present.
Representative Uglem moved that the minutes from the committee meeting on March 2, 2017 be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Representative Anderson moved that HF 1234 come before the committee and be laid over for possible inclusion in the State Government Finance omnibus bill.

Representative Anderson renewed the motion for HF 1234 to be laid over for possible inclusion in the State Government Finance omnibus bill.
Representative Anderson moved that HF 586 come before the committee.
HF 586 (Drazkowski) - State-purchased land annual payment funds using dedicated revenues established, payment in lieu of taxes requirements modified, and money appropriated.
