MINUTES
Representative Anderson, Chair of the State Government Finance Committee, called the meeting to order at 1:04 PM, March 8, 2017 in Room 10 of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Fenton moved that the minutes from the committee meeting on March 7, 2017 be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Representative Anderson moved that HF 1438 come before the committee and be laid over for possible inclusion in the State Government Finance omnibus bill.
HF 1438 (Bliss) - Veterans Journey Home grant funding provided, and money appropriated.

Representative Anderson renewed the motion for HF 1438 to be laid over for possible inclusion in the State Government Finance omnibus bill.

Representative Anderson moved that HF 1527 come before the committee and be laid over for possible inclusion in the State Government Finance omnibus bill.
HF 1527 (Bliss) - Support Our Troops account money use modified.

Representative Anderson moved that HF 1563 come before the committee and be laid over for possible inclusion in the State Government Finance omnibus bill.
HF 1563 (Rosenthal) - Equine Innovations grant provided for its veteran horsepower program to provide equine therapy to veterans suffering from trauma and PTSD, and money appropriated.

HF 965 (Maye Quade) - Capitol grounds plaque placement authorized in the court of honor to honor all Minnesota veterans who served in the United States armed forces during World War I.
