Representative Davids, Chair of the Taxes Committee, began the meeting at 10:15 AM, on January 12, 2017, in Room 200 of the State Office Building. A quorum was present.

Representative Davids moved HF77 be laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill.

HF85 (McDonald) Estate tax repealed.
Representative McDonald moved HF85 be laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill.
