Representative Davids officially called the meeting to order at 10:20 AM. A quorum was present.
Representative Schultz moved the minutes from February 16, 2017 be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
HF1215 (Cornish) Madelia; construction material sales tax exemption provided, and money appropriated.
Representative Davids moved HF1215 be laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill.

Representative Anderson moved the H89A4 amendment. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
