Representative Davids, Chair of the Taxes Committee, called the meeting to order 10:15 AM, on Tuesday, April 17th, 2018, in Room 200 of the State Office Building. A quorum was present.

Representative Schultz moved the minutes of Thursday, April 12th, 2018 be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
HF4385 (Greg Davids) Individual income, corporate franchise, property, sales and use, estate, tobacco, and other tax provision various modifications made.
Representative Davids moved HF4385 be laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus tax bill.
Representative Davids moved the HF4385A18 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
