MINUTES
Representative Drazkowski, Chair of the Property Tax and Local Government Finance Committee, began the meeting at 8:15AM on February 8th, 2017, in Room 10 of the State Office Building. A quorum was not present.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Drazkowski officially called the meeting to order at 8:17AM. A quorum was present.
HF40 (Quam) Agricultural homestead classification property classification qualification allowed.
Representative Franke moved the minutes of February 1st, 2017 be approved. THE MINUTES WERE APPROVED.
Representative Barr moved that HF40 be laid over.
Tom May, MAAO, testified on HF40.
Representative Barr renewed her motion that HF40 be laid over.
HF119 (Dettmer) Deceased veteran’s spouse benefit eligibility modified.
Representative Loonan moved that HF119 be laid over.
Testifying on HF119 was Trent Dilks, Disabled American Veterans, and Tom May, MAAO.
Representative Loonan renewed his motion that HF119 be laid over.
HF555 (Dettmer) Congressionally chartered veterans organizations reduced class rate provided.
Representative Franke moved that HF555 be laid over.
Andru Peters, American Legion, testified on HF555.
Representative Franke renewed his motion that HF555 be laid over.
HF632 (Pierson) Apprenticeship training facilities exemption criteria changed.
Representative Whelan moved that HF632 be laid over.
Pete Parris, International Association of Sheet Metal, Air, Rail and Transportation, testified on HF632.
Representative Whelan renewed her motion that HF632 be laid over.
HF661 (Peterson) Manufactured home park cooperative shareholders allowed to include a portion of ground lease payments when filing for the homestead credit state refund.
Representative Lien moved that HF661 be laid over.
Testifying on HF661 was Kevin Walker, Northcountry Cooperative Foundation.
Representative Lien renewed his motion that HF661 be laid over.
The meeting was adjourned at 8:57AM.
