Representative Torkelson, Chair of the Transportation Finance Committee, called the joint meeting of the House Transportation Finance Committee, House Transportation and Regional Governance Policy Committee and the Senate Transportation Committee to order at 1:04 P.M. on Tuesday, January 17, 2017, in Room 120 of the Capitol.
