Representative Torkelson, Chair of the Transportation Finance Committee, started the thirty ninth meeting at 1:05 P.M. on Thursday, March 29th, 2018, in the Basement Room of the State Office Building.

Representative Torkelson moved that HF 4160 come before the committee and be laid over for possible inclusion
HF 4160 (Torkelson) - State treasury fund created, and technical and conforming changes made.
Representative Torkelson renewed his motion for HF 4160 be laid over for possible inclusion.
Representative Torkelson moved that HF 3703 come before the committee and be moved to the committee on Ways & Means.
HF 3703 (Barr) – Statewide highway investment plan revision directed to prioritize mobility investments.
