MINUTES

Representative Anderson, member of the Ways & Means Committee, called the meeting to order at 10:17AM on Monday, February 27th, 2017 in the Room 200 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Anderson called the meeting to order at 10:17AM a quorum was present.

Representative Dean moved that the minutes of February 20, 2017 be approved
MOTION PREVAILED

Representative Garofalo moved HF600 be referred to the General Register

HF600 (Pat Garofalo) Employment mandates on private employers uniformity provided, and money appropriated

Representative Garofalo presented HF600

Representative Garofalo introduced the A21 Amendment
Representative Garofalo moved to adopt the A21 Amendment THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED

Representative Garofalo introduced the A22 amendment
Representative Garofalo moved the A22 amendment be adopted
Representative Carlson requested a rollcall vote on A22 amendment. The results were as follows:

Representative Garofalo renewed his motion to refer HF600 as amended be refered to the General Register

Representative Vogel assumed the gavel at 11:05AM

Representative Vogel introduced Shawn Welch and Susan Snyder from the Department of Human Services who gave a presentation on Medical Assistance

Representative Anderson Moved HF778 be sent to the General Register

HF778 (Anderson, S) Minnesota Sports Facilities Authority data classification provided, board appointments modified, duties modified, and use of stadium suites restricted.

Representative Anderson moved to adopt the A17 amendment THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED

Representative Anderson renewed her motion to refer HF778 as amended to the General Register
Motion Prevailed


The meeting was adjourned at 12:00PM
