Representative Knoblach, Chair of the Ways & Means Committee, called the meeting to order at 9:33PM on Thursday, March 30, 2017 in the Room 200 of the State Office Building.

Representative Knoblach called the meeting to order at 9:33 PM a quorum was present.
Representative Carlson moved that the minutes of March 29, 2017 be approved
MOTION PREVAILED
Representative Knoblach introduced A11 Amendment to the Budget Resolution
MOTION PREVAILED AND THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED
Representative Nornes moved SF2214 be referred to the General Register
SF2214 (HF2477) (Bud Nornes) Omnibus higher education policy and finance bill
Representative Knoblach moved to substitute the language of HF2477 into SF2214 be adopted
MOTION PREVAILED AND THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED
Representative Nornes moved to adopt the A4 Amendment
Representative Nornes incorporated a modification to the A4 amendment as follows: Page 1, line 7, delete the comma
Page 1, line 8, delete “or is under indictment for” and “misdemeanor”
Representative Nornes renewed his motion to adopt the A4 Amendment as modified

Representative Knoblach moved to adopt the A2 Amendment
Representative Knoblach moved to amend the A2 Amendment, as follows:
Page 1, line 7, after “campus” insert “or campuses”

Representative Nornes renewed his motion to refer SF2214 as amended to the General Register
