Representative Knoblach, Chair of the Ways & Means Committee, called the meeting to order at 8:00am on Wednesday, May 9, 2018 in the Room 200 of the State Office Building.

Representative Knoblach moved to refer HF3424 to the General Register
HF3424 (Johnson C.) Lease provisions modified, public land sale requirements modified, state park and forest additions and deletions provided, mixed uses authorized, and state land sales and conveyances of interest provided.
Representative Knoblach moved the A6 amendment THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED

Representative Urdahl moved to refer HF4404 to the General Register
HF4404 (Urdahl) Public land and building improvement spending authorized, previous appropriations modified, new programs established, existing programs modified, bonds issued, and money appropriated
Representative Urdahl moved the A8 amendment
Representative Urdahl incorporates the following in the A8 amendment: Page 3, line16, after “any” insert “Minnesota higher education institution or” THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED
Representative Urdahl moved the A9 amendment
Representative Urdahl withdrew the amendment
Representative Torkelson moved the A7 amendment THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED
Representative Urdahl presented HF4404
