Representative Knoblach moved to amend the DE6 amendment as follows: Page 19, line 26, delete and strike “percent” and insert “a percentage established by the commissioner, based on the available appropriation,” THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED
