Representative Laurie Halverson, Chair of the Commerce Committee, called the meeting to order at 2:33PM on February 20th, 2019, in the Basement Hearing Room of the State Office Building.

Representative Stephenson moved to approve the minutes of February 19th, 2019. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
HF4 (Lesch)
Drug manufacturer or wholesale distributor prohibited from charging unconscionable prices for prescription drugs; Board of Pharmacy, commissioner of human services, and health plan companies required to notify the attorney general of certain prescription drug price increases; attorney general authorized to take action against drug manufacturers and wholesalers related to price increases; and civil penalties imposed.
Representative Lesch moved that HF4 be re-referred to Judiciary, and moves the HF0004A2 (Lesch) amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
Representative Davids moves to make an oral amendment to HF0004A2 amendment for:
