Representative Laurie Halverson, Chair of the Commerce Committee, called the meeting to order at 2:31PM on March 12th, 2019, in Room 200 of the State Office Building.

Representative Elkins moved to approve the minutes of March 8th, 2019. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
HF90 (Schultz)
Assisted living resident consumer protections established, assisted living establishment license established, criminal penalties provided, rulemaking authority granted, maltreatment report processing and enforcement provisions added, and reports required.
Representative Halverson moved HF90 to be re-referred to Ways and Means Committee with a recommendation to State Government Finance Division and moved the HF0090A11-1 (Schultz) amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
